FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Full payment is due for anything under $100; anything over $100 requires a $100 deposit to book your event.

 

Deposit is due within 2 days of invoice being sent. Deposit is non-refundable, however if cancellation happens, deposit is credited to any other event up to the end of calendar year.

Full payment is due 1 week before event or event will be cancelled with no credit/refund.

WHAT TIME IS SET UP AND PICK UP?

Inflatable Rentals: We deliver and set up the hour before your event. 

Inflatables, Balloons & Backdrops: We deliver and set up 1.5-2hrs before your event.

Additional time may be required dependent on size of event being inflated

Pick up: is scheduled at the end of your event (inflatables only)

 

If a different delivery/pick up time is needed for any reason, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

WHAT IF DAMAGE HAPPENS TO THE INFLATABLE OR BACKDROP WHILE I AM RENTING IT?

We inspect our inflatables after each event for damage. If there is damage beyond repair, you will be contacted via email and invoiced accordingly.


Damage not only affects the running of our business, but other events as well, so please be sure to read the contract and know that every situation is different. Invoices will vary depending on damage done.

CAN I OR ANOTHER BALLOON COMPANY INSTALL BALLOON/GREENERY GARLANDS ON THE INFLATABLE?

Of course! We continue to support yours and others creativity on our inflatables!

Please let us know if this is the case as we are happy to coordinate with you/your balloon artist on delivery times.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO AND WHAT ARE THE FEES?

Eastern Idaho and surrounding areas!
Rigby, Idaho Falls, Shelley - Free
Rexburg, Blackfoot -$25.00
St. Anthony, Pocatello - $50.00
Please send us a message to inquire about delivery fees outside of these areas.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER GOES SOUTH ON THE DAY OF MY EVENT?

If it rains or is too windy on the day of your event and you choose to still have us come set up no refund will be given if we have to take down before rental time is over; however, if you decide to reschedule the event, your payment will be credited to another day of your choosing within 90 days from the original event date.

Rain over a light sprinkle can cause damage to the inflatables inside and out, as well as cause for a hazardous jumping area which can create more potential for injury.

Winds over 15 mph can lift inflatables off the ground, cause damage to the inflatables, and cause injury to those inside as well as out.

Keep in mind October-April rentals must be indoors due to unpredictable weather

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CLEANED BEFORE DELIVERY?

Our products are cleaned and sanitized after every event to ensure they are ready to offer as much fun as possible at yours.

HOW CAN I BOOK AN INFLATABLE?

Click on the rentals tab above, find the inflatable for your event and choose the "select rental time" button.
You can also fill out the quote form located in menu above.

WHERE CAN YOU SET UP AT?

We can set up on virtually any surface besides rocks, gravel or dirt. Under no circumstances will we set up when it is raining, or when there are high gusts of wind.
