  • We accept venmo, credit, and debit cards. Full payment is due for anything under $100; anything over $100 requires a $100 retainer to book your event.

    Retainer is due at time of signed contract and is non-refundable, however if cancellation happens, retainer is credited to any other event up to the end of calendar year.

    Full payment is due 1 week before event or event will be cancelled with no credit/refund.

  • Set up is requested in the inquiry form. If no set up time is selected, our team will arrive the hour before your event begins.

    Additional time may be required dependent on size of event being inflated.

    Pick up is scheduled at the end of your event (bounce houses and backdrops only)

    If a different pick up time is needed for any reason, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

    Stakes (outdoor) Yes, inflatables have to be staked into the ground for proper safety measures to apply and must not be removed by anyone other than the 208 Inflate Team

  • We inspect our products after each event for damage. If there is damage beyond repair, you will be contacted via email and invoiced accordingly.

    Damage not only affects the running of our business, but other events as well, so please be sure to read the contract. Invoices will vary depending on damage done.

  • Of course! We continue to support yours and others creativity on our product!

    Please let us know if this is the case as we are happy to coordinate with you/your balloon artist on delivery times.

    Rexburg, Blackfoot -$50.00

    St. Anthony, Pocatello - $75.00

  • If it rains or is too windy on the day of your event and you choose to still have us come set up no refund will be given even if we have to take down before rental time is over; however, if you decide to reschedule the event, your payment will be credited to another day of your choosing within 90 days from the original event date.


    Rain over a light sprinkle can cause damage to the bounce houses inside and out, as well as cause for a hazardous jumping area which can create more potential for injury.


    Winds over 15 mph can lift inflatables off the ground, cause damage to the bounce houses, and cause injury to those inside as well as out.

    Keep in mind October-April rentals must be indoors due to unpredictable weather

  • Our products are cleaned and sanitized after every event to ensure they are ready to offer as much fun as possible at yours.

  • Once you’ve decided on which bounce house or balloon install you’d like at your event, you can request to book with the hire us tab in the menu. 

    From there you’ll input all your event details and our team will get back to you within 12-24 hours via email.

    Email will contain link to client portal where you will be able to sign the contract, make initial retainer fee, and begin payments.
