Your bounce house will be delivered at the selected set up time before your event begins.
Set up is 25 minutes or less. If we or another balloon artist are also installing a balloon garland we will confirm a suitable time frame for set up of everything with you before you sign the contract.

Let us know what surface we'll be setting up on, so we can secure the bounce house properly. We'll bring the necessary equipment, such as stakes or sandbags, to ensure your guests' safety. Unfortunately, we cannot set up on dirt, gravel, rocks, or sand.

Our delivery team will text you when they're on the way to set up. To ensure a seamless setup process, we kindly ask that you clear the area of any debris, outdoor furniture, toys, and pet waste.
